I got static in my head
Chris. From the Southern Outer Banks. Originally from North Jersey. Not ashamed of either. Junior at Elon University. English Lit/Creative Writing major, Philosophy minor bound for law school or/and maybe a Ph.D. Or maybe neither of those. Proud Delta Upsilon Brother. I care too much about material things. I love the water. I love cooking. Grew up in a restaurant. I miss foodservice. I like to read, but never finish books. I'm even worse when it comes to poetry.

All of us have in our veins the exact same percentage of salt in our blood that exists in the ocean, and, therefore, we have salt in our blood, in our sweat, in our tears. We are tied to the ocean. And when we go back to the sea—whether it is to sail or to watch it—we are going back from whence we came.
